二维超声心动图评价二尖瓣狭窄闭式分离术的疗效

摘　　要：本文在36例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄(MS)患者中,采用二维超声心动图(2DE)测量了二尖瓣闭式分离术(MCC)前后的二尖瓣口面积(MVA)。结果表明:术后二尖瓣的解剖面积明显扩大(P<0.001),平均扩大17.2±15.9%。在重度和中、轻度狭窄患者中,瓣口面积扩大率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论认为:2DE 是定量分析心瓣膜手术疗效的可靠技术;MCC 对不同狭窄程度的患者效果相同。In 36 patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis(MS),the mitral orific area beforeand after mitral closed commissurotomy(MCC)was measured by two-dimensionalechocardiography(2DE).The results showed that mitral anatomical area after MCCwas apparently enlarged(P<0.001),averaging 17.2±15.9% larger.There was no sig-nificant difference of enlarged mitral orific area between severe MS and mild-moder-ate MS.It was concluded that 2DE was a reliable technique in quantitatively evalua-ting the effect of cardiac valvlar operation;the results of MCC were similar inpatients with various degrees of mitral stenosis.
