摘  要:以304不锈钢为研究对象,借助高速摄像记录了YAG激光+CMT复合热源焊接的电弧形态和熔池形貌,研究了不同激光功率和光丝间距下的YAG激光+CMT复合热源焊接的电弧形态和熔池形貌,并与CMT焊接进行了比较,分析了YAG激光+CMT复合热源焊接的电弧形态和熔池形貌发生变化的机理.结果表明,在Nd:YAG激光+CMT复合热源焊接中,激光改善了焊接熔池形貌,减少了飞溅的产生,但对电弧形态的影响不大;当激光功率和电弧功率一定时,YAG激光和CMT电弧及YAG激光和CMT熔池的耦合程度与光丝间距有关,试验条件下,光丝间距DLA=3 mm时,两者耦合程度都达到最佳.In this paper,arc characteristics and pool morphology of Nd:YAG laser + CMT arc hybrid welding on 304 stainless steel under different DLA space between light thread and laser power were observed by high speed video camera.Compared with CMT welding,the change mechanism of arc characteristics and pool morphology were analyzed.The results indicated that the coupling degree of arc and welding pool between YAG laser and CMT was related to spacing of light wire when the laser power and arc power were constant.When the light wire spacing DLA was 3 mm,the coupling degree was best.
