摘　　要：根据"北方地区的MW级分布式冷热电三联供系统集成与工程示范"建设实际,提出在规划和建筑设计阶段结合分布式能源进行,提倡土地规模化混合开发,进行多种建筑类型的负荷模拟耦合,高密度、高容积率布局,在可能的条件下将分布式能源作为建筑第二电源。According to the actual implementation of the 863 Program ＂The Engineering Demonstration on the MW-class Distributed Energy System Combined System of Heat,Cooling and Electricity in the Northern Regions＂ in construction,this paper proposes that distributed energy should be considered in the planning and architectural design.It advocates that mixed development of large-scale land,layout with high-density and high-volume rate,carrying out coupling of load simulation for multi-type building,and if possible,making use of distributed energy as building second power supply.
