摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术制备了Eu3+掺杂的LaPO4微纳米纤维.通过扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD),热重-差热(TG-DTA)及荧光光谱(PL)对所得样品进行了表征.样品焙烧800℃后的XRD图谱与单斜LaPO4的标准卡片JCPDS-35-0731基本吻合;在波长为409 nm的紫外光激发下,发射光谱由Eu3+的5D0-7FJ(J=1,2,3,4)特征发射组成,5D0-7F2(在618 nm处)跃迁最强,表现为Eu3+的红色特征发射;LaPO4:Eu3+微纳米纤维中Eu3+的最佳掺杂浓度为5 mol%.Eu3+的光致发光衰减曲线符合单指数行为,其寿命(τ)为3.7ms.Eu3+-doped LaPO4 micro-nanofibers were prepared by the electrospinning technology.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),themogravimetry-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),and photoluminescence spectra(PL) were used to characterize the obtained samples.XRD patterns indicate that the as-prepared micro-nanofibers are crystallized well at 800℃ and assigned to JCPDS-35-0731 of the monoclinic LaPO4 crystal.Upon excitation into the Eu3+ at 409 nm,the emission spectrum of LaPO4: Eu3+ micro-nanofibers is composed of 5D0 7FJ(J = 1,2,3,4) emission lines of Eu3+,with the transition 5D0 7F2(at 618 nm) being the most prominent group,which is characterized by red emission.The optimum doping concentration of Eu3+ is 5mol% in the LaPO4: Eu3+ micro-nanofibers.The luminescence decay curve of LaPO4: Eu3+ micro-nanofibers shows single exponential behavior,and the lifetime(τ) of Eu3+ is about 3.7 ms.
