农村更年期妇女瘦素水平与潮热的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨农村更年期妇女瘦素水平与潮热症状之间的相关性。方法采用病例对照研究方法,对陕西农村790例40~60岁妇女进行流行病学调查,选取208例更年期妇女根据有无潮热症状分为潮热组（102例）、无潮热组（106例）;两组妇女均用放免的方法进行血清瘦素（leptin）水平的测定。结果①对两组基本情况进行比较,两组年龄、月经初潮年龄、目前月经情况、饮食无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;但是潮热组文化程度比无潮热组低,BM I和腰围比无潮热组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。②轻中重潮热组相比较,leptin水平有显著差异（P〈0.05）。并且瘦素水平与潮热发生的频数成正相关（rs=0.870,P〈0.05）。结论农村更年期妇女的瘦素水平与潮热发生的频率和程度有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between leptin level and hot flash in rural menopause women.Methods 760 rural women aged 40~60 in Shaanxi province were investigated by epidemiological investigation with a case-control method.208 menopausal women were chosen and divided according to whether or not with hot flushes（102 with hot flushes and 106 without hot flushes）.The serum leptin level of two groups were tested by radioimmunoassay.Results ①There was no difference in age,menarche age,menstruation at present,diet between the two groups The education level in hot flashes group was lower than that in without hot flashes group,and BMI and waistline were higher than those in without hot flashes group（P0.05）.②Leptin levels in hot flashes group was higher than that in without hot flashes group（P0.05）.Leptin level was positive correlated with the frequency of hot flashes（rs=0.870,P0.05）.Conclusions Leptin level in rural menopausal women has correlation with the frequency and the degree of hot flashes occurrence.
