过敏性哮喘患者中白细胞介素-17表达水平的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:通过检测外周血白细胞介素(IL)-17水平,探讨过敏性哮喘患者与健康人之间以及疾病不同严重程度之间IL-17表达水平的差异。方法:采用ELISA方法检测过敏性哮喘患者血浆中以及外周血单个核细胞(PB-MCs)培养上清液中IL-17的水平,并分析该促炎细胞因子与疾病不同严重程度之间的相关性。结果:过敏性哮喘患者血浆中以及PBMCs培养液上清中IL-17的水平均较健康对照组升高(P<0.05),且血浆中IL-17的水平随哮喘的严重程度增加而升高。结论:IL-17参与了哮喘的发生发展,血浆中的IL-17水平也许可以用来作为判断哮喘严重程度的一个参考指标。Objective： To evalute the difference of the levels of Interleukin-17（IL-17） in allergic asthmatics as compared with healthy controls and in different disease severity.Methods： The levels of IL-17 in plasma and supernatants of cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells（PBMCs） were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and their relations to disease severity were also studied.Results： The levels of IL-17 in plasma and supernatants of PBMCs were higher in allergic asthmatics than those in healthy controls（P0.05）.Moreover,the levels of IL-17 in plasma were increased along with the increasing degree of disease severity.Conclusion： IL-17 may play roles in the development of allergic asthma.The levels of IL-17 in plasma may be a marker for the severity of asthma.
