高海拔地区手术治疗重型颅脑损伤45例救治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高原地区重型颅脑损伤的诊断救治特点和预防措施。方法回顾分析45例重型颅脑损伤患者病历资料及其救治方法,并总结其救治经验。结果恢复良好17例(37.8%);轻度残疾11例(24.4%);重度残疾5例(11.1%);植物生存2例(4.4%);死亡10例(22.2%)。结论脑损伤程度与伤者预后关系极为密切,是伤者能否生存的关键因素。高海拔地区的颅脑损伤患者,在早期保持呼吸道通畅、纠正低氧是治疗的重要环节。术后围手术期的综合治疗,并发症的防治以及早期高压氧治疗也十分重要,它有助于促进患者早期康复。Objective To explore the treatment and preventive measures of severe brain injury in high altitude area.Methods Data of 45 severe brain injury patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 17 cases of good recovery（37.8%）,11 cases of mild disability（24.4%）,5 cases of severe disability（11.1%）,2 cases of vegetative state（4.4%）,10 cases of death（22.2%）.Conclusion The degree of brain injury is closely related to prognosis,and it＇s the key point for patients＇ survival.It＇s very important to keep the airway unobstructed and improve oxygen deficiency in early stage for brain injury patient in high altitude area.Meanwhile,it＇s also important to perform perioperative treatment,complication prevention and hyperbaric oxygen treatment,which is helpful for earlier rehabilitation.
