摘　　要：目的:探索医院ICU病房泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(Pan-drugresistantAcinetobacterbaumannii,PDR-A.b)交叉感染防控的有效方法。方法:收集2010年8月我院中心ICU病房患者分离的PDR-A.b 4株,分析相关临床资料,开展ICU环境污染调查,采取相应的防控措施,并评价其有效性。结果:PDR-A.b交叉感染传播快I,CU病房内呼吸机操作面板、冷凝水、护士工作台等均检出了鲍曼不动杆菌。采取控制交叉感染的防控策略后,无其他患者发生交叉感染。结论:对医院ICU病房PDR-A.b感染者及时采取有效的防控策略,对控制交叉感染有着重要临床意义。Objective：TO research the effective methods of prevent and control the pan-drag resistant Acinetobacter baumannii（PDR-A.b） cross-infection in ICU.Methods： To collect all PDR-A.b（4 strains） isolated from patients in ICU during 2010,8,then analysised the related clinical data,studied the ICU environmental pollution,took corresponding prevention and control measures,and evaluated the effectiveness of the measures.Results：The PDR-A.b cross-infection in ICU spreads rapidly.We have detected the Acinetobacter baumannii from the operation panel of ventilator,condensate and nursing workbench in ICU.There are no patients infected after adopting strategy agaist the PDR-A.b cross-infection.Conclusion： Taking prevention and control strategy for the cross-infection of PDR-A.b in ICU has important clinical significance in prevent and control hospital cross-infection.
