摘 要:研究了在pH 5.5的弱酸性介质中,利用镍(Ⅱ)阻抑邻菲啰啉活化铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化邻氨基酚的指示反应,用萃取手段控制反应时间,建立了萃取阻抑动力学光度法测定镍的新方法.方法的线性范围为1.0~80μg/L;检测限为9.1×10^(-7)g/L.用于环境水样、铝合金和人发中镍的测定,结果满意.对反应机理亦进行了探讨.A new extraction inhibition kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of tracenickel was studied. The method is based on the inhibition effect of nickel (Ⅱ) on the copper(Ⅱ)catalyzed oxidation of o-aminophenol by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of 1,10-phenanthroline as an activator in weak acidic medium. The reaction time was controlled by extraction method. The linear rangeof the method was 1.0~80μg/L. The detection limit was 9.1×10~7 g/L. The method has been appliedto the determination of nickel in environmental water, aluminum alloy and human hair samples with satisfactory results. The reaction mechanism has been discussed.
