摘 要:利用CFX软件,在多重参考坐标系下采用欧拉方法的双流体湍流模型来计算油气混输泵单级内三维气液两相流场。通过压力场、速度场及气液相分布的分析,探讨了气液混合介质在油气混输泵单个压缩级内部的流动规律,并对单个压缩级外特性进行了预测。模拟和试验的对比结果表明:该计算模型能较好地预测多相混输泵在较低入口含气率工况下的性能,而当多相混输泵入口含气率比较高时,模拟值和试验值有一定的偏差。A two-phase 3-D frame based on the Euler turbulence flow field was calculated with CFX under multiple reference method of multi fluid model for gas-liquid turbulence flow field in the single compression stage of axial-flow multiphase pump under different inlet gas volume fraction. By analyzing the pressure field, the velocity field and gas-liquid distribution, the internal flow characteristics of gas-liquid mixing medium in oil-gas mixture pump individual compression stage were discussed and then the external characteristics were predicted. And the simulation results and experimental results were compared;the results show that this model can predict the performance of multiphase pump under lower inlet gas volume fraction effectively. However, there was a certain deviation between simulated results and experimental results when the inlet gas volume fraction was relatively high.
