摘  要:以不压井作业管柱为研究对象,考虑了井筒内气液压力变化、管柱各部件的结构、不同井况和不同工艺参数等多重因素的影响,建立了不压井作业管柱的三维有限元分析模型和求解方法。通过对3口井不压井管柱的受力变形分析计算,得出了不压井管柱在任意井深处的广义内力、应力、变形及不压井管柱与套管内壁的接触位置和接触状态,为不压井作业的安全施工提供可靠的计算方法和理论依据。The snubbing string was studied, considering the influence of the pressure change of gas and liquid in wellhole. The structure of string,operational mode and different process parameters, a three-dimensional finite element model for snubbing string and method of solution was established. By analyzed and calculated the strained condition of snubbing string in 3 different wells, the inner force,stress and deformation of snubbing string in arbitrary depth were obtained,moreover the contact condition and the contact position between snubbing string and casing inner face could be found out. This provided reliable calculation method and theoretical basis to the job security of snubbing service.
