摘　　要：目的了解广西肝癌高发区人群的癌症防治知识水平,为今后有针对性地在当地开展防癌宣传教育和肝癌的早诊早治筛查工作提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法调查广西扶绥县居民的社会人口学特征以及癌症的危险因素、预防措施及预警症状等综合知识以及肝癌的早期症状、检查和治疗方法知识等。结果在2 095名研究对象中,1 541人(73.6%)知道肝癌、肺癌、胃癌这三大癌症;909人(43.4%)知道经常饮用不洁的池塘水容易患肝癌,1 443人(68.9%)知道经常食用霉变粮食容易患肝癌;72人(3.4%)知道肝癌的早期症状;1 829人(87.3%)愿意参加肝癌早期诊断筛查;当地居民不愿意参加肝癌早期筛查的主要原因是"不认识检查的好处"占39.7%(832人)。结论广西肝癌高发区人群对癌症的相关危险因素、防癌措施的认知程度、早期发现肝癌的体检方法和早期肝癌的治疗方法的知晓率普遍较低。Objective To investigate the knowledge of cancer prevention and control among population in high-incidence area of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and to provede evidence for early screening and treatment of HCC. Methods The socio-demographic characteristics of subjects and their knowledge on cancer risk factors,preventive measures and warning symptoms,as well as the early symptoms,screening and treatment methods of HCC were surveyed with a questionnaire. Results Among 2 095 subjects,1 541（73.6%） knew liver,lung,and stomach cancer;909（43.4%） knew that drinking unclean pond water frquently was a risk factor of HCC and 1 443（68.9%） knew that regular consumption of moldy grain was correlated with the incident of HCC.For all subjects,only 72（3.4%） knew the early symptoms of HCC.The number of subjects willing to participate in early sereening of HCC was 1 829（87.3%）.The main reason for the subjects un-willing to participate the screening was ＂not knowing the benefits of the screening＂（832,39.7%）. Conclusion The awareness rate of cancer risk factors and prevention measures among the residents in high-incidence area of HCC in Guangxi are generally low.
