摘 要:在对比分析峰值电流控制、V2控制和V2C控制Buck变换器工作原理的基础上,揭示了V2C控制本质上是一种峰值控制技术,并指出峰值电流控制和V2控制都是V2C控制的特例。分别在时域和频域下详细分析了工作于连续导电模式(CCM)的V2C控制Buck变换器的稳定性问题。与峰值电流控制类似,可以通过采用斜坡补偿法解决占空比D>0.5时工作于CCM的V2C控制Buck变换器存在的次谐波振荡问题。仿真和实验研究结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The operation principles of peak current controlled,V2 controlled,and V2C controlled buck converter operating in continuous conduction mode(CCM) are analyzed and compared respectively.It is pointed out that V2C control is essentially a kind of control technique by utilizing peak capacitor voltage and inductor current,quite similar to peak current control.It is also pointed out that both peak current control and V2 control are special case of V2C control.Stability of V2C controlled Buck converter operating in CCM is analyzed in time-domain and frequency-domain respectively.Sub-harmonic oscillation of V2C controlled Buck converter operating in CCM when duty ratio is higher than 0.5(D0.5) can be eliminated by using slope compensation.Simulation and experiment results are given to verify our theory analysis.
