摘 要:提出了一种新颖的二极管钳位三电平双升压式能馈型PWM整流器。该整流器是在两电平双升压式PWM整流器基础上改进得到,不仅保留了双升压整流器无桥臂直通隐患、无开关管体二极管反向恢复问题、可靠性高、效率高等优点,而且克服了开关管耐压高的缺点,适合高压输出场合。采用了电流滞环控制方法,实现了无环流的半周期工作模式。详细分析了该整流器的工作原理,并导出了开关逻辑。最后,对储能电感和滤波电容进行了设计,保证了网侧电流波形质量和频率变化过程中的滤波能力。仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。A novel diode clamped three level dual-Boost reversible PWM rectifier is proposed in this paper.This topology is improved based on the dual-Boost PWM rectifier inherits the advantages of high reliability and efficiency due to no hidden danger of shoot-through and no reverse recovery problem of body diodes of power switches.In addition,it also overcomes the shortcuts of dual-Boost PWM rectifier,that is the voltage stresses of power switches reduce to half the output voltage.This leads to more suitable for high-voltage occasions.The hysteretic current control is involved in this paper and no loop-current operation is realized.The switching logic is deduced with the detailed analysis of the operational scheme.After that,the rule of filter designing is analyzed.Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.
