川贝母栽培品瓦布贝母与松贝母的总生物碱对比研究

摘　　要：目的:建立瓦布贝母与松贝母的总生物碱定量比较研究方法。方法:以贝母素甲为对照品,采用酸性染料比色法对瓦布贝母的栽培品、野生品和松贝中总生物碱进行定量比较研究。结果:含量测定结果显示,瓦布贝母栽培品中总生物碱含量最高,野生品次之,松贝中总生物碱含量相对较少。结论:为瓦布贝母栽培品作为扩大贝母类珍贵中药材的药用资源提供科学依据。Objective：To establish the qualitative identification and quantitative comparative research method of Fritillaria wabuensis and F.sungbei Hsiao et K.C.Hsia.Method：As reference with peimine,to quantitativly comparative study on the total Alkaloids of the cultivated and wild Fritillaria wabuensis,F.sungbei Hsiao et K.C.Hsia with acid dye colorimetry.Result：Assay results showed that the cultivated Fritillaria wabuensis has the highest total alkaloid content,followed by the wild product,the total alkaloid content of F.sungbei is relatively small.Conclusion：To provide the scientific evidences for the cultivated Fritillaria wabuensis expanding the medical resources for the valuable Fritillaria class medicines.
