摘 要:目的:建立草红藤药材质量标准。方法:采用常规显微鉴别法,研究草红藤药材及粉末显微特征;以标准药材及二氢杨梅素为对照,研究建立草红藤药材的薄层鉴别方法;采用药典方法测定草红藤药材水分、灰分含量;采用HPLC法建立草红藤药材中二氢杨梅素的含量测定方法。结果:建立了草红藤药材显微鉴别及薄层鉴别方法;确定草红藤药材中二氢杨梅素含量。结论:研究结果为完善草红藤药材质量控制方法,建立该药材国家标准奠定了实验基础。Objectives:To establish quality standards of Radix Shuteria.Methods:Microscopic features were observed by means of microscopic identification;thin layer chromatographic method was conducted using reference drug and dihydromyricetin as the reference substance;contents of water and ash were measured by methods specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia;content of dihydromyricetin was determined by HPLC.Results:Microscopic and thin layer chromatographic identification methods were established,and contents of dihydromyricetin were determined.Conclusion:The research results have laid experimental foundations for the establishment of comprehensive and national standards for the quality control of Radix Shuteria.
