川产中药材草红藤质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立草红藤药材质量标准。方法:采用常规显微鉴别法,研究草红藤药材及粉末显微特征;以标准药材及二氢杨梅素为对照,研究建立草红藤药材的薄层鉴别方法;采用药典方法测定草红藤药材水分、灰分含量;采用HPLC法建立草红藤药材中二氢杨梅素的含量测定方法。结果:建立了草红藤药材显微鉴别及薄层鉴别方法;确定草红藤药材中二氢杨梅素含量。结论:研究结果为完善草红藤药材质量控制方法,建立该药材国家标准奠定了实验基础。Objectives：To establish quality standards of Radix Shuteria.Methods：Microscopic features were observed by means of microscopic identification;thin layer chromatographic method was conducted using reference drug and dihydromyricetin as the reference substance;contents of water and ash were measured by methods specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia;content of dihydromyricetin was determined by HPLC.Results：Microscopic and thin layer chromatographic identification methods were established,and contents of dihydromyricetin were determined.Conclusion：The research results have laid experimental foundations for the establishment of comprehensive and national standards for the quality control of Radix Shuteria.
