摘  要:采用偏最小二乘法建立了烟草中葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖分析的近红外预测模型,相关系数分别为:0.96327、0.96138、0.93968、0.95638,交叉验证均方残差分别为:0.240、0.189、0.126、0.049。In this paper,the Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy(FT-NIRS) was used to analyze Glucose,Fructose,Sucrose,Maltose in tobacco.The quantitative calibration was developed with partial least square regression(PLS).About 20 randomly select validation samples were used to test the prediction accuracy of each calibration model.The statistical results showed that there were no significant difference between the predict data and actual data,which indicated that the method was suitable for rapid determination of Glucose,Fructose,Sucrose and Maltose in tobacco samples.
