摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱荧光法(HPLC-FLD)测定食品中正二氢愈疮酸含量的方法。采用Luna C18(4.6×150 nm,3.0μm)的色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min;激发波长为280nm,发射波长为306nm。在优化的前处理和色谱条件下,正二氢愈疮酸能够与样品基质完全分离,且加标回收率范围为92.43%~99.23%。Simple and rapid analysis of nordihydroguaiaretic acid(NDGA) in food by HPLC-FLD was developed.The important factors affecting separation and detection were investigated in detail.Extraction of NDGA from samples was accomplished by 90% methanol with 0.1% ascorbic acid.Furthermore,nordihydroguaiaretic acid was separated on a Luna stable bound(4.6×150nm,3.0μm) C18 column with mixture of acetonitrile-water-formic acid(v/v) as the mobile phase and fluorescence detector was effective in isolating NDGA from most of food additives.The standard recoveries were ranged from 93.74%~99.61%.Our results suggest that this is a simply,quickly and sensitively analytical method to detect NDGA in food.
