摘 要:分析了醋酸乙烯(VAC)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)两套生产装置的设计缺陷;针对这两套独立运行的醋酸精馏系统的特点,通过停用其部分精馏塔和泵的运行,同时停运循环水加系统,适当增设一部分管线等措施,将这两套生产装置的醋酸精馏系统进行了流程再造,可充分利用VAC装置精馏塔出来的精醋酸的热能。After carefully analyzing the demerits in design of VAC and PVA plant units,and combining the features of the individual acetic acid purification system in these two plant units,the acetic acid purification system is therefore updated by the following measures of setting up some pipe work and stopping some of the equipments such as pump,rectifying column and recycle water pressurization system within the plants,as well as optimizing operation manner to ensure the production.In this way some of the equipment can be decommissioned and better utilization of the heat energy of purified acetic acid from VAC plant can be obtained.The remarkable unit product energy usage reduction is hence achieved,and the integrated energy utilization is then improved,the variable cost is reduced and the enterprise is more competitive as the result.
