摘  要:水平诊断窗口位于ITER装置主机水平窗口,用于容纳各项等离子体诊断设备,需要满足水冷、电磁和射线屏蔽等功能的技术要求。基于结构可靠性与加工可行性设计了水平诊断窗口冷却回路,并采用FLUENT软件进行传热和流体动力学理论计算,得到了流体流速、压力和温度分布等数值模拟结果。并通过比较和分析,优化了结构设计。保证其冷却回路能够平衡窗口框体在受等离子体辐射热时产生的34 kW热负荷,阻挡等离子体辐射热对内部诊断设备的影响,同时降低了加工难度,为ITER水平诊断窗口插件的最终设计提供依据。The water-cooling circuit was designed for the equatorial diagnostic port plug (EPP),dedicated to International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor(ITER).The structural design of the water-cooling circuit took full considerations of the influencing factors:such as the shielding of radiation and electromagnetic irradiation,its reliability,and fabrication feasibility.The water cooling was simulated with the software package Fluent,to evaluate the water flow rate,pressure,and temperature distribution for the purpose of structure optimization of the water cooling circuit.The simulated and test results show that the water cooling circuit does a good job.It is capable of balancing 34 kW heat loads of the port,originated from plasma radiation,alleviating the impacts of heat radiated from the plasma on all kinds of the diagnostic setups,and easing the fabrication difficulties.Most importantly,the prototyped water cooling circuit provided sufficient information for the design of ITER equatorial port plug.
