摘　　要：目的:应用示指背侧岛状瓣修复拇指指腹严重损伤,改进皮瓣切取方法提高皮瓣成活率。方法:共12例患者切取第1掌背动脉为蒂的示指背侧岛状瓣,术中形成宽阔的筋膜蒂,保证皮瓣血运。结果:12例皮瓣完全成活,皮瓣质地外形满意,示指无功能障碍。结论:示指背侧岛状瓣是修复拇指腹严重损伤的治疗首选。Objective： To improve the elevated methods of dorsal island flap of index finger and increase the flap survival through application in thumb pulp serious injury.Methods： Dorsal island flap of index finger based on first dorsal metacarpal artery were elevated in 12 patients.To ensure the flap blood supply,Broad fascia pedicle was shaped.Results： 12 flaps survived completely.Texture and appearance of the flap was good and no dysfunction was seen in the index finger.Conclusion： The index finger dorsal island flap is a first treatment of choice for serious defects thumb pulp.
