Orem自理模式在急性半月板损伤行膝关节镜手术围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨Orem自理模式在半月板损伤行膝关节镜手术围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选择急性膝关节半月板损伤行膝关节镜手术患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组将Orem自理模式贯穿于常规护理全过程,对照组给予常规护理和指导,2组就术后达到康复显效标准的时间、短期后遗症的存在情况进行比较。结果:观察组术后达到康复显效标准的时间短于对照组、存在短期后遗症的病例数少于对照组,相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:Orem自理模式应用有利于提高急性膝关节半月板损伤行膝关节镜手术患者康复效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model for Perioperative nursing of knee arthroscopic surgery of meniscus injury.Methods： Choose 56 patients of acute meniscus injury of knee joint that are treated by knee arthroscopic surgery and divide them randomly into two groups： the observed and the controlled.In the observation group,Orem self-care model is throughout the whole process of the regular nursing.In the control group,there is only regular nursing and guide.And compare the time of rehabilitation and the existence of sequelae in the 2 groups.Results： In observation group,the time to reach rehabilitation is shorter than that of control group.And the cases of sequelae are less than that of the control group.There are significant differences.（P0.05）.Conclusion： The application of Orem self-care model is in favor of the rehabilitation effect of patients with acute meniscus injury of knee joint that are treated by knee arthroscopic surgery.
