摘 要:目的寻求一种简便有效方法,为防治医学生失眠和心理问题提供有效数据和理论支持。方法以随机整群抽样的方法,用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),评价河北联合大学医学院30名失眠学生,实验干预前、后的睡眠状况和心理健康状况,以有氧健身操练习结合耳穴贴压方法为干预手段,注重运动强度的控制,坚持耳穴按揉次数;比较此方法对大学生失眠和心理问题的干预效果。结果实验干预前、后比较,PSQI总均分及各成分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),SCL-90均分及各因子分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论睡眠状况与心理状态有密切的正相关性。有氧健身操结合耳穴贴压的方法,对改善大学生失眠及心理问题均有较好效果。Objective To look for a simple and effective method to provide effective data and theoretical support for preventing insomnia and psychological problems from medical college students.MethodsWith random cluster sampling method and with the quality evaluation index of Pittsburgh(PSQI) and Self-rating symptom scale(SCL-90),30 students were selected to evaluate insomnia sleep state and mental health state before and after the interference experiment in a medical college.On the basis of pays attention to the control of exercise intensity and keeps to knead and press auricular point some times,combined Aerobic exercise with Auricular point therapy acted as interference methods.The intervention effects were observed and evaluated on medical students' insomnia and psychological problems.ResultsCompared the effects of 30 students before and after the experiment,PSQI total average scores difference has statistically significant(P0.05 or P0.01).SCL-90 and factor scores divided equally difference also has statistically significant(P0.05 or P0.01).ConclusionSleep state and mental health state has close positive correlation,Aerobic exercise combine Auricular point therapy has good effect on improving medical college students' sleep state and psychological problems.
