摘 要:在创业、守业和展业不同阶段,企业面临着不同的难题。企业家只有具备相应的胜任力结构,才能解决这些难题,推进企业成长。为了满足企业成长对企业家胜任力结构的需要,企业家胜任力结构应当随企业成长而跃迁。企业家胜任力结构的自我跃迁,是指企业家通过学习,自我完成能力和行为转换升级的过程。企业家胜任力结构的自我跃迁受个体、组织和环境因素的影响。企业家学习的目的就是为了实现企业家胜任力结构的自我跃迁,企业家学习的内容由其目标胜任力结构决定,企业家学习途径和学习方式因学习内容不同而有所差异。Enterprises face different challenges at different stages of its' start-up, maintenance and extension. Only with the corresponding competence structure can entrepreneurs deal with these challenges, and promote enterprise growth. In order to meet the needs of enterprise growth on the entrepreneurial competence structure, entrepreneurial competence structure should be transformed with enterprise growth. The self-transition of entrepreneurial competence structure, is the process of entrepreneur to transform his ability and behavior by learning. The self-transition of entrepreneurial competence structure be affected by the individual, organizational and environmental factors. Entrepreneurial Learning aim is to achieve the self-transition of entrepreneurial competence structure. The contents of entrepreneurial learning be decided by entrepreneurial target competence structure. Ways and means of entrepreneurial learning are differences because of learning content.
