摘  要:测土配方施肥是我国近年来大力推广的农业技术之一,然而现有的土壤养分测定方法由于使用风干土样、土样浸提与测量方法烦琐等原因造成其时效性较差,很难直接服务于农业生产现场。为此,车载式土壤养分测定技术作为高效土壤养分测定的一种方法受到了广泛的关注。针对车载式分光光度计的业务需求,基于脉冲氙灯、衍射光栅C-T单色器、1 024像元PDA检测器开发了一种便携式土壤养分测定仪,用于土壤速效氮、有效磷、有效硫、有效硼、有机质含量的测定。该技术方案制作样机后进行了性能测定与土壤养分测定,同时与商用国产单光束和进口双光束分光光度计进行了对比。结果表明:该样机的性能指标测定均能达到中华人民共和国国家计量检定规程JJG 178—2007的技术要求,且与上述2款对比仪器测定的氨态氮、硝态氮、有效磷、有效硫、有效硼、和有机质含量均各呈显著的线性相关关系,且线性相关方程的斜率k值接近1,对比数据间经方差检验显示无显著性差异。因此,该脉冲氙灯式土壤养分测定仪的测定结果准确可靠,能够用于车载式土壤养分测定。Soil nutrient testing and fertilizer recommendation is vigorously promoted in China recent years.In order to achieve rapid,convenient and efficient soil nutrient determination in soil testing and fertilizer recommendation,a vehicle-mounted soil testing solution is proposed.In this study,a soil nutrient testing instrument using pulse-xenon lamp,C-T diffraction grating monochromator,and 1 024 pixel PDA detector was developed for vehicle-mounted spectrophotometer application.The performance test of a pilot instrument was conducted and satisfied with JJG 178—2007 standard.The soil nutriment test result was compared with those obtained using a national and an imported commercial spectrophotometers.A significant linear relationship of the linear correlation equation with a slope closing to 1 was found for soil nutrient contents of available N,P,S,B,and organic matter measured using the pilot instrument and the two comparison spectrophotometers,and no significant differences were revealed in the comparison data variance test.Therefore,the proposed soil nutrient testing instrument based on pulse-xenon lamp spectrophotometer can be used in vehicle-mounted soil nutrient testing.
