羊毛针织物天然艾蒿染料染色初探

摘　　要：以艾叶为原料提取艾蒿染料,用该染料对羊毛针织物进行染色,研究了染色工艺条件及媒染剂种类对染色性能的影响。结果表明,提取的天然艾蒿染料会因酸、碱及金属离子的加入而引起不同程度的色光及色深变化,染色以中性或弱酸性条件为宜。各种媒染剂均可不同程度的提高染色织物的K/S值和染色牢度。其中以铁盐媒染样品的色深值最高,为直接染色的3.9倍,锡盐媒染的牢度最佳,皂洗及摩擦牢度均达到4级。媒染剂对染色羊毛织物的色光影响显著。Mugwort pigment solution was extracted from fresh mugwort leaf,and wool knitted fabric was dyed with the extraction,the affect of dyeing conditions and diffierent mordant on dyeing behavior were studied.The rusults showed that the shade and color depth of the natural dyes extracted from mugwort changed in different levels when acid,alkali and metal ions adding to,the appropriate dyeing conditions were neutral or weak acid.Meanwhile the K/S value and the color fastness of the mordant dyeing samples were improved,among which the K/S value of the Fe2 ＋ mordant dyeing sample increased more dramatically to 3.9 times than that of direct dyeing fabric,Sn2 ＋ mordant dyeing samples got the best washing and crocking fastness of level 4.The affect of diffierent mordant on wool fabric color shade was significantly.
