摘 要:采用碱法从铬革屑中提取胶原蛋白。通过丙烯酸酯类单体对胶原蛋白进行接枝改性,用傅里叶变换红外光谱对接枝改性产品的结构进行了表征。将改性后的胶原蛋白与PVA共混,通过湿法纺丝制备胶原蛋白/PVA复合纤维,用扫描电镜观察了复合纤维的微观形貌。研究结果表明,铬革屑水解的最佳条件为:氧化钙用量8%(占革屑的质量分数),水与革屑的质量比为5∶1,反应时间6 h,反应温度85℃,此时,提胶率可达67.9%;胶原蛋白接枝反应的最佳工艺为:乳化剂用量10%(占丙烯酸酯类单体的质量分数),丙烯酸酯类单体用量30%(占胶原蛋白的质量分数),反应温度70℃,丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸丁酯的质量比为2∶3。胶原蛋白复合纤维强度为3.65 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为19%,回潮率为10.2%。SEM观察显示,随着胶原蛋白含量的增加,复合纤维表面的粗糙程度加剧,纤维可纺性变差。Alkali was used to extract collagen from chrome shavings.Modification of collagen was carried out with acrylates as grafting monomers.The structure of the product was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Spinning liquid was prepared with collagen and PVA.Collagen/PVA composite fiber could be produced by wet spinning.The microcosmic morphology of the composite fiber was investigated by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the optimal conditions of hydrolyzing chrome shavings were as follows: the dosage of calcium oxide was 8% of chrome shavings(mass fraction),the mass ratio of water to chrome shavings was 5:1,reaction time was 6h and reaction temperature was 85℃.The highest yield of extracting collagen was up to 67.9% under these conditions.The optimal effect of collagen grafting reaction could be obtained under following conditions: the dosage of emulsifier and acrylates monomers was 10% of acrylates(mass fraction) and 30% of collagen(mass fraction) respectively,reaction temperature was 70℃ and the mass ratio of methyl acrylate to butyl acrylate was 2∶3.The collagen composite fiber had a strength of 3.65 cN/dtex,a elongation of 19% and a moisture regain of 10.2%.According to SEM observation,with increment of collagen content,the surface roughness of the composite fiber increased and fiber spinnability decreased.
