摘　　要：本文报告31例选择性支气管动脉造影结果。造影采取 Seldinger 技术,经股功脉穿刺插管。插管成功率为90.3%(28例),无一例并发症。经手术,病理证实,肺癌16例,肺结核瘤2例,神经纤维瘤恶变1例,支气管类癌1例,慢性肺化脓症1例,右中叶炎症1例,胸腺囊肿1例,大动脉炎5例。支气管动脉开口位于胸_4～胸_(?)的胸主动脉水平。单口型占26.7%,左右支气管动脉共干占20%,支气管-肋间动脉共干占53.3%。文章讨论了造影技术、不同疾病的造影表现以及造影并发症等。The results of selective bronchial arteriography in 31 cases were reported.Angio-graphy was performed pereutaneously via the femoral artery using Seldinger tech-nique.Selective catheterization of bronchial arteries were successful in 28 patients.None had any complications.The diagnosis confirmed by surgical operations and pa-thologic studies were as follows:bronchogenic carcinoma in 16 cases,tuberculoma in2,malignant neurofibroma in 1,bronehogenic carcinoid in 1,chronic pulmonary abs-cess in 1,inflammation of the right midlle lobe in 1 and thymic cyst in 1 case.Aor-titis was diagnosed in five patients.All the bronchial arteries arose from the aortaat the level of the 4th～6th thoracic vertebrae.The brochial arteries arose directlyfrom the aorta in 26.7%.Acommon trunk for the right and left bronchial arteries waspresent in 20%,bronchointercostal trunks in 53.3%.The angiographic technique,angiographic appearances of various diseases and complications were disccussed.
