玉米RILs群体膨爆特性表现及其环境稳定性分析

摘  要:以普通玉米自交系丹232与优良爆裂玉米自交系N04为亲本构建含有258个家系的F 9重组近交系(RILs)群体,在3种不同环境条件下进行田间试验,对爆花率、膨爆体积和膨化倍数3个膨爆特性指标分析.结果表明,各性状家系间和家系与环境互作均显著或极显著,环境间差异均不显著;RILs群体各性状均存在较大变异,且基本符合正态分布,是由微效多基因控制的数量性状;3个膨爆特性指标间呈显著或极显著正相关.Two hundred and fifty-eight RILs were developed from the cross between a dent corn inbred 232 and a popcorn inbred N 04.The field experiments were conducted at three locations,and three popping characteristics were analyzed.Combined variance analysis showed that the mean squares due to families,family×environment interactions were all highly significant for all three popping characteristics,while the mean square due to environment was not significant.There were continuous variations with a normal distribution for all the three popping characteristics among 258 RILs,which showed that all three traits were quantitative in nature and controlled by many gene with minor effects.There were highly significant positive correlations among three popping characteristics.
