鸡源福氏志贺氏菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：为了对新郑某养鸡场鸡群严重腹泻进行病原确切诊断并提供防治依据,采集病料进行了细菌分离鉴定和药敏试验.经细菌分离培养、抹片染色镜检、生化试验,初步鉴定出5株鸡源志贺氏菌.用分离菌株攻毒后的发病比例为2/5～4/5,死亡比例为1/5～3/5.由此表明5个分离菌株均具有一定的毒力.血清学试验鉴定结果表明,5个分离菌株均为鸡源福氏志贺氏菌.药敏试验结果显示,5个分离菌株对阿莫西林等12种药物具有多重耐药性,其中4个菌株对阿米卡星和氨苄/舒巴坦较敏感.A fowl-run severe chicken diarrhea happened in Xinzheng,in order to give exact pathogen diagnosis and provide basis for prevention and treatment,disease materials were collected to do bacterial isolation and identification,drug sensitive tests were also done in this study.After bacterial isolation and cultivation,morphologic observation and biochemical tests,5strains of shigella isolated from chicken were initially identified.After challenge, the morbidity and mortality in chickens were 2/5～4/5,1/5～3/5.Challenge expe riment results showed that five strains have certain virulence.Serologic test results showed that five strains are S.flexneri isolated from chicken.Drug sensitive test results showed that five strains have multiple drug resistance to 12 kinds of drugs,such as AMX.Four isolations are more sensitive to AN and AM/SU.
