摘 要:目的探讨潮间带药用盐生植物内生真菌较合适的分离方法并对其种群结构进行分析。方法分别采用5种选择性真菌培养基对北方潮间带药用盐生植物进行分离。结果与结论共分离到213株内生真菌,分属19个不同的属。其中青霉属(Penicillium sp.)所占的比例最高,占分离总量的27%,其次是匐柄霉(Stem-phylium sp.),占分离总量的12%,曲霉属含量较低只占4%左右。不同分离培养基对盐生植物内生真菌的分离效果差异显著,MOSA培养基对内生真菌分离效果最差,添加过氧化氢酶与丙酮酸钠的MPDA培养基分离效果分别比不添加生长因子的10%MPDA培养基提高了54.1%和56.8%,比MOSA培养基提高了90%和93%。Objective To reveal the suitable fungal mediums for endophytic fungi separation from intertidal halophyte and analyse their community structures.Methods Five different selective fungal mediums were used for endophytic fungi separation from north intertidal halophytes plants.Results and Conclusion Totally 213 endophytic fungi belonging to 19 different genus were isolated from north intertidal halophytes plants.The genus Penicillium possesses the highest proportion(27%) followed by Stemphylium sp.with 12% and Aspergillus with the lowest proportion for only about 4%.Significant difference in isolating effect was observed between 5 different mediums with the worst of MOSA,followed in turn by MPDA medium adding catalase and MPDA medium adding pyruvate with increasing of 54.1% and 56.8% respectively compared to 10% MPDA without growth factors and increased by 90% and 93% compared to sole MOSA medium.
