摘  要:采用营养液培养柱花草,研究锰毒对其生长以及叶绿素含量的影响,外源锰对柱花草铁和镁吸收的影响。结果表明:叶片失绿和皱缩是柱花草锰毒害的主要症状。当外源锰浓度为200μmoL/L时,柱花草生长受到明显抑制,叶绿素含量显著降低;随外源锰浓度的增加,植株体内锰和铁含量显著增加,维持较高的铁含量;锰毒虽然显著降低了柱花草根部镁的含量,但对地上部镁含量影响不大,地上部镁离子的平衡仍可以维持。说明柱花草维持较高的地上部铁含量和镁离子平衡是柱花草适应锰毒害的生理机制之一。E ffects of manganese(Mn)toxicity on plant growth,chlorophyll concentration,acquisition of iron(Fe)and magnesium(Mg)in Stylosanthes guianensis(Stylo)seedling were investigated in the nutrient solution experiments.The results showed that the typical symptoms of Mn toxicity in stylo were indicated by leaf chlorosis and crinkle.Plant growth and chlorophyll concentration in leaves were obviously decreased at 200 UmoL/L Mn application.With the increase of Mn availability,content of Mn and Fe was significantly increased in both shoots and roots.However,Mg content in roots was decreased,but in shoots was not affected.All the results showed that maintaining Mg homeostasis and relative high level of Fe in shoots might be one of adaptive mechanisms of stylo to Mn toxicity.
