彰武县农村居民血清尿酸水平与原发性高血压关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究彰武县农村人口高血压和非高血压人群血清尿酸水平的差异及其影响因素,为原发性高血压的病因学研究提供依据。方法随机选取符合诊断标准且年龄≥30岁患有原发性高血压者300人作为病例组,同一人群中血压正常者200人作为对照组,比较两组血清尿酸水平。结果高血压组血清尿酸水平高于对照组;血清尿酸水平随高血压分期、年龄增高逐渐增高(P<0.01);血清尿酸是原发性高血压的危险因素,且随着血清尿酸水平升高,患原发性高血压的危险性也逐渐增高。校正其他危险因素后,血清尿酸仍然是原发性高血压的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论高血清尿酸水平可能是农村居民原发性高血压的一个危险因素。Objective To study the association between serum uric acid level and essential hypertension（EHT） in rural population in whom the incidence of EHT is higher and thus provide evidence for the etilogy of EHT.Methods In this study,300 EHT patients aged 30 years or older and 200 control subjects were enrolled.The level of serum uric acid was compared between hypertension and control groups.Results The level of serum uric acid was higher in hypertension group than in control group,and it increased with the increase in hyperytension stage and patient＇s age（P 0.01）.The level of serum uric acid was a risk factor for EHT,even after adjuting for other risk factors（P 0.05）.Conclusion High level of serum uric acid may be a risk factor for EHT in the rural population.
