摘　　要：目的从蚓激酶粗品中分离纯化出蚓激酶组分,制作外用凝胶剂,用于临床,与氢化可的松比较治疗急慢性皮炎的效果。方法采用自身对照方法,将外用凝胶剂用于临床治疗急慢性湿疹的观察。结果治疗急慢性湿疹总有效率达90.3%和92%。结论蚓激酶凝胶对急、慢性湿疹效果明显,优于5%的氢化可的松。Objective To purify lumbrokinase component from crude lumbrokinase and prepare topical gel for clinical use,and to compare the effects of lumbrokinase and hydrocortisone in the treatment of acute and chronic eczema.Methods The therapeutic efficacy of this topical gel was observed by using self-control method.Results The effective rate of lumbrokinase gel was 90.3% in acute eczema and 92% in chronic eczema.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of lumbrokinase gel is better than 5% hydrocortisone in the treatment of acute and chronic eczema.
