彩色多普勒超声在主动脉夹层诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断主动脉夹层中的临床应用价值。方法对手术诊治的65例主动脉夹层患者术前行彩色多普勒超声检查,并对检查结果进行回顾性总结分析。结果 65例患者中,经彩色多普勒超声检查诊断主动脉夹层者55例,DeBakeyI型12例,DeBakeyⅡ型17例,DeBakeyⅢ型26例,显示主动脉正常者10例。以手术为诊断金标准,诊断准确率为84.62%。结论彩色多普勒超声是一种简便、快捷、无创和有效的检查方法,应作为主动脉夹层首选检查方法,具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing aortic dissection.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in 65 patients with aortic dissection who underwent surgery.The results of color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively.Results The aortic dissection were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound in 55 patients.Of these 55 patients,12 had DeBakey type Ⅰ,17 had DeBakey typeⅡ,and 26 had DeBakey type Ⅲ.The diagnostic accuracy rate was 84.62%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is a convenient,rapid,and noninvasive method and could be used as the first choice for diagnosing aortic dissection.
