摘  要:研究了固化时间、浸油时间、漆膜厚度、底部材质对漆膜导静电性能的影响,结果表明:随着固化时间的延长,漆膜表面电阻率不断减小,漆膜固化5 d后,其表面电阻率趋于稳定;随着浸油时间的延长,漆膜表面电阻率逐渐增大,最终趋于稳定且满足导静电要求;随着漆膜厚度的增加,漆膜表面电阻率不断减小,当漆膜厚度增加到一定程度后,漆膜表面电阻率趋于稳定,漆膜厚度控制在60~80μm较为合适;环氧导静电涂料涂刷在铝板上的导电性能不及涂刷在马口铁片和钢板上的。The influencing factors of static conductivity capability of coating, including the curing time, the oiled time, thickness and the material for underlayer were discussed. The results show that the surface resistance rate decreases with increasement of the curing time and reachs the stabilization after 5 days; The surface resistance rate is on the increase with oiled time extended, and finally satisfied with static electricity conductive requirements. The surface resistance rate decreases with increasement of thickness and reachs stahilization when thickness is 60-80 μm The static conductivity property of painting on the aluminous board is inferior than on the tin or armor plate.
