摘 要:测试了不锈钢着色液老化过程中Cr3+和Fe3+的浓度变化情况,并采取反证法,研究了外加Cr3+和Fe3+对不锈钢基本着色液化学着色老化进程的影响。实验结果表明:Cr3+和Fe3+的增加(着色反应中产生的或者添加的)都会促进着色液的老化,尤其当Cr3+和Fe3+同时存在时会产生协同作用,比单纯一种离子的影响要大得多。因此,在判定着色液进入老化状态的离子浓度上限时,必须考虑多种杂质离子的协同作用。此外,还研究了SO42-对着色液老化的影响,结果表明,虽然少量的SO42-对着色反应影响较小,但大量SO42-的影响也不容忽视。The change trends of concentrations of Cr^3+ and Fe^3+ ions on the coloring process of stainless steel were detected by ICPAES. Meanwhile the influences of added Cr:^3+ and Fe^3+ ions in the basic coloring liquid were investigated also. The results show that the additions of Fe^3+ and Cr^3+ ions (generated by coloring reaction or adding in) lead to the aging of coloring liquid; Moreover, when added simultaneously, Fe3+ interacts synergistically with Cr^3+ resulting in a greater impact on the aging of coloring liquid. So synergy effect among various impurity ions must be considered for judging the upper concentration limit of the ions for the coloring solution to become aged. In addition, the influences of SO42- in the basic coloring liquid was also investigated. The results show that although a slight amount of sulfate anions do not affect the coloring reaction remarkably, the coloring speed changes distintly with the great increase of sulfate i ons.
