摘 要:以异丙醇铝和硝酸镍为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法在不锈钢表面制备了NiO-Al2O3太阳能选择性吸收薄膜,表征了薄膜的结构和表面形貌,研究了提拉速度、溶胶中NiO的含量、热处理温度对薄膜光谱选择性吸收性能的影响,初步探讨了SiO2减反层对NiO-Al2O3薄膜选择性吸收性能的影响。结果表明:提拉速度为1mm/s,NiO质量分数为20%,热处理温度为700℃时,制备的薄膜均匀致密,具有良好的光谱选择性;在该薄膜表面加镀一层SiO2减反层后,膜系的吸收率达到0.84,发射率增加了0.05,使整个表面的吸收性能得到提高。Spectrally selective solar absorbers was prepared from aluminium isopropoxide and nickel nitrate by sol-gel method. The selectively absorbing films of NiO-Al2O3 were prepared on the surface of stainless steel substrate. The structure and surface topography of the absorbing film were analyzed. The influence of withdrawal speed, NiO content of sol and thermal treated temperature on the selective absorption properties of the absorbing film were studied. The influence of anti-reflection coatings formed by silicon dioxide thin filnls on the selective absorption properties of NiO-Al2O3 absorbing films was discussed. The results show that when the withdrawal speed is 1 mm/s, NiO content of sol is 20%, and the thermal treated temperature is 700 ℃, compact and homogeneous fihns are prepared. They have good selective al)sorptionproperties. Adding an anti reflection layer on topofthe absorbing layer can enhance the performance of the absorber. The optimum anti reflection coated sample reaches a solar absorptance of 0.84 and the thermal emit tance increases by 0.05.
