摘  要:在线短路电流分析大多只具备计算及短路电流超标的预警功能,尚不能给出控制短路电流超标措施的建议。阐述了短路电流辅助决策在线计算的两种实现方法:一种是根据各设备投停状态形成措施空间,结合变结构电力系统故障计算方法,给出停运发电机、停运线路及投运串联电抗三种辅助决策措施;另一种,则基于实时厂站拓扑分析,获得主接线方式,给出母线分裂运行或线路出串运行两种辅助决策措施。短路电流辅助决策在线计算在某省级电网的应用实例,证明了该方法具有较高的工程实用价值。Most online analysis of short-circuit current is just a kind of calculation and a pre-warning of short-circuit current over-limitation.No measures of controlling short-circuit current can be derived from it.Two methods of online calculation of short-circuit current assistant decision-making are proposed in the paper.One of the methods is that three assistant decision-making measures of generator outage,transmission line outage and operation of series reactance are given based on the operation or outage conditions of the equipment and the fault algorithm for variable structure electrical system.The other mothed is that the main electric wiring method is obtained and two assistant decision-making measures of bus bar running in a split state or out of line are given based on real-time station topology analysis.The application of online calculation in a provincial power grid shows that the method is of great practical use.
