摘  要:研究了搅拌对麦秸厌氧消化性能的影响。考察了4种搅拌频率对厌氧消化日产气量、单位TS和VS变化、pH值和氨氮等参数的影响。结果表明:日产气量随着搅拌频率的增加有上升的趋势。不同搅拌情况下的pH值始终维持在7.4~7.5,搅拌对pH值影响不明显。氨氮随消化时间的增加产生累积,搅拌越频繁,累积越明显,搅拌频率为每1h搅拌一次时厌氧消化效果最好。此研究结果将为大中型秸秆沼气工程提供设计依据。Effect of stirring on anaerobic digestion performance of wheat straw was investigated. The factors investigated included daily biogas production, total solids (TS)and volatile solids (VS), pH values and ammonia content in the anaerobic digestion process. Four kinds of stirring frequency were tested. The results showed that daily biogas production was increased with stirring frequency increasing. The pH values for all stirring frequencies were maintained between 7.4-7.5, this means that stirring frequency did not have obvious effect on the pH value. Ammonia nitrogen was cumulat- ed as the digestion time increased. The higher the stirring frequency, the more accumulation of am- monia nitrogen. The stirring frequency of once an hour was recommended for the anaerobic digestion process. This study would provide guideline for designing large-scale straw biogas plant.
