摘　　要：施工进度控制和投资控制是工程施工管理的主要内容之一,工程投资与施工工期之间存在着密切的联系,直接关系到企业的经济利益,因此工期成本优化显得尤为重要。文章选取工程项目中常用的网络图工期成本压缩优化法,来说明如何运用技术方法对工期成本进行优化。The construction schedule control and investment control are the main contents of construction management of project. There is a close link between the project investment and construction duration, and they directly related to the enterprise＇s economic interests, so the cost optimization of duration is particularly important. This articles selects the optimization method of cost compression that commonly used in the project to illustrate how to use technical methods to optimize the cost of the construction period.
