多渠道提高成人高等教育人才培养质量

摘　　要：随着学习型社会在我国的逐步建立以及构建我国一体化的终身教育、终身学习体系的渐近,社会成员对成人教育的需求日益扩张,成人高等教育的功能向高层次发展更加突出。而如何提高成人教育人才培养质量是成人教育的生命线。本文以当代教育的重要性为出发点,主张在加强教师队伍建设与管理,建立稳定的教师队伍;抓好生源工作,加强管理,优化人才培养环节;深化教学改革,改善学生学习效果;加大实践教学,提高学生实践、创新能力;大力加强教学管理,提高教学质量等方面来提高人才培养质量。以应对飞速发展的未来社会,实现教育的信息化、终身化和国际化。With the gradual establishment of the learning society in China and construction of system of an integration of lifelong education and lifelong study, the demand for adult education is increasing, the function of adult education is developing to a higher level. Improving the quality of the talents training of adult education is the key of adult education. In this paper, taking the importance of contemporary education as a starting point, the author advocates to： strengthen the teaching force and management; establish a stable team of teachers; do well the work of student resources, streng then management, optimize personnel training session; deepen teaching reform, improve student＇s learning effectiveness; increase the practice teaching, enhance student＇s practice and innovation ability; vigorously strengthen the teaching management, improve teaching quality and other aspects, so as to improve the quality of personnel training and respond to the rapid development of the future society and realize informationalized, lifelong and internationalized education.
