口服可乐定对矮小儿童的诊断作用及对部分激素的影响

摘　　要：本文对23例侏儒症患者(8名垂体性侏儒,15名非垂体性侏儒)8名正常儿童做了可乐定和精氨酸刺激试验,观察可乐定和精氨酸对生长激素的影响,并在口服可乐定前及后60分钟、90分钟测定血清皮质醇、LH、FSH、PRL,观察可乐定对上述激素的影响。结果显示:与精氨酸试验相比,可乐定刺激试验是一种更安全、可靠、敏感的生长激素刺激试验。口服可乐定后抑制了皮质醇的分泌,而对 LH、FSH、PRL 分泌无影响。The effects of clonidine and arginine on GH in 23 dwarfism children (8 pitui-tary dwarfism and 15 nonpituitary) and 8 normal children were evaluated. Bloodcortisol and PRL, FSH, LH were determined, before oral clonidine and 60, 90 minu-tes after oral clonidine. The results indicated that clonidine was a more reliable,sensitive and safe stimulator of GH than arginine. A significant decrease in serumcortisol concentrations after oral clonidine, but no changes in LH, FSH and PRL wereseen.
