超大型蛋形消化池结构群施工监测研究

摘  要:蛋形消化池为连续变厚度大型旋转壳体空间结构,体型高、重量大、施工工艺复杂,需开展施工监测以确保工程质量和安全。该文结合上海白龙港污水处理厂污泥处理工程的8座全预应力蛋形消化池群,对承台大体积混凝土浇筑温度、预应力损失、壳体结构应力及结构沉降等反应结构施工状态的关键指标进行了全方位的监测与研究。研究表明:采用上下束环向预应力筋张拉端锚固槽交错布置的方式,可有效弥补预应力损失沿环向分布的不均匀;实测结构应力与数值模拟结果基本吻合,在满水工况下,壳体结构仍有一定的压应力储备;经闭水试验的检验,结构的最终累积沉降量及不均匀沉降都在可控范围内。As a kind of rotating shell space structure with continuous variable thickness,the egg-shaped digesting tank has the characters of large size,heavy weight,complicated application technology,and structure monitor is needed to ensure the construction quality and safety.Combining with the construction of egg-shaped digesting tank group of sludge treatment in Shanghai Bailonggang Watewater Treatment Plant,the key index that can response the construction conditions,such as mass concrete pouring temperature,pre-stress loss,shell structural stress and structural settlement, have been entirely monitored and studied.The results show that the alternate arrangements of anchorage notches of circular bonding tendons' stretching ends can reduce the nonidentity of prestress loss distributing along pipeline.The measured structural stress is consistent with numerical simulations.When the digesting tanks are full of water,the shell structures are still under compressive stress state.By the closed water test,the final accumulated settlement and non-uniform settlement are all in the allowable range.
