脉冲多普勒评价年龄与左、右心室舒张功能的关系

摘　　要：本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图,测定正常人各年龄组及心脏病患者的左、右心室舒张功能参数。试验结果表明:正常人年龄与左、右室舒张功能参数相关性良好,左、右心室舒张功能随年龄的增加而逐渐减退,但年龄与疾病状态下的左、右室舒张功能参数不相关。Measurement of parameters of the left and right ventricular diastole function innormal subjects and patients with heart disease by pulsed doppler echocardiographywas reported. The results showed; the relation between parameters of the left andright ventricular diastolic function and age in normal subjects was definite the ven-tricular diastolic function descending with the age increasing.However,the parametersof the left and right ventricular diastolic function in patients with heart diseasewere not related with age.
