摘 要:采用非线性静动态有限元方法,分析和比较了梁翼缘削弱前后袋式除尘器角节点的极限承载力和滞回性能,研究了梁翼缘削弱位置、长度和深度尺寸等对节点承载能力、塑性铰发生位置、节点抗震性能等的影响。分析表明,梁翼缘削弱会造成节点承载能力小幅度降低,并造成节点局部应力重新分布,实现塑性铰外移;梁翼缘削弱后,节点的滞回曲线更为饱满,节点耗能性能和延性性能增强;梁翼缘削弱位置、长度和深度尺寸的变化对节点承载能力和抗震性能都有一定影响,但深度参数c的影响最为显著。所做工作可为袋式除尘器节点抗震优化设计提供参考。Nonlinear static and dynamic finite element methods are adopted to analyze the bearing capacities and hysteresis properties of corner connections with and without reduced beam section.The effects of location,length and depth of reduced zone on the bearing capacity,plastic hinge position and seismic performance of the connection are studied.The obtained results show that:although the bearing capacity of reduced connection decreases a little,local stress in the connection is redistributed so that the plastic hinge is moved outwards;after the connection is reduced,its hysteresis curve is well-shape,and both its energy dissipation capacity and ductility are strengthened;and the location,length and depth of reduced zone have effects on the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the connection,and the effect of depth is the most significant.This work can provide useful reference for aseismic design and optimization of connections in a bag filter.
