摘 要:着重考察了稀土助剂Yb及两种浸渍制备法(共浸渍和分步浸渍)对Ni/γ-Al2O3型重整催化剂的活性、抗积炭性以及抗烧结性的影响,并与稀土助剂La、Ce进行了比较,进而通过催化剂的BET、XRD、TPR、H2化学吸附、TG表征,对其影响机理进行了讨论。实验结果表明:添加稀土助剂能够有效提高活性金属Ni的分散度,从而提高其催化活性,同时还提高了抗积炭以及抗烧结性能,共浸渍法使活性金属Ni较难还原,影响了催化剂的低温活性。活性强化效果从大到小的顺序为Yb>Ce>La,而抗积炭性能强化效果由强到弱的顺序为Ce>Yb>La。Yb助剂改性的Ni/γ-Al2O3重整催化活性优于德国南方化学与四川亚联两种Ni系商业重整催化剂。The influences of rare-earth promoter Yb and two impregnation methods(co-impregnation and stepwise impregnation)on the activity,carbon deposition resistance and sintering resistance of Ni/γ-Al2O3 reforming catalysts were studied and compared with other two rare-earth promoters,La and Ce.The catalyst was characterized with BET,XRD,TPR,H2 chemisorption and TG to investigate the possible mechanism of influence.The addition of rare-earth enhances the dispersion of active metal nickel effectively,consequently improve the catalytic activity,carbon deposition resistance and sintering resistance of the catalysts,the co-impregnation makes the active metals more difficult to be reduced,which influences the catalytic activities in the low temperature region.For improving the activity,the ranking is YbCeLa,and for improving the carbon deposition resistance,the ranking is CeYbLa.The reforming activity of Yb modified Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst is higher than that of two commercial catalysts which are Ni based reforming catalysts belong to Süd-Chemie and Sichuan Ally.
