摘 要:采用自制高岭土/木质素磺酸钠接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水树脂(KLPAAM),测定了其在CuCl2、ZnCl2溶液中的吸附性能;通过FTIR、TG、SEM及吸附动力学方程模拟,对其吸附机理进行了探讨。KLPAAM对Cu2+的吸附量随Cu2+初始浓度的增加先增大后减小,而对Zn2+的吸附量随Zn2+初始浓度增加而增加,最后达到平衡,与Zn2+初始浓度的关系符合Langmuir方程;对Cu2+和Zn2+的最大吸附量分别为180 mg.g-1和169 mg.g-1。KLPAAM对金属离子的吸附与溶液pH值密切相关:当pH>2.5后,吸附量随溶液pH值的增大而增大;pH>5.5以后吸附量随溶液pH值的增大而减小。KLPAAM对Cu2+、Zn2+的吸附量与吸附时间的关系可用拟二级吸附速率方程描述。Self-made kaolin/sodium lignosulfonate graft acrylic acid and acrylamide superabsorbent composites(KLPAAM)were used to measure the adsorption properties in CuCl2 and ZnCl2 salt solutions,and their adsorption mechanism was discussed by using FTIR,TG,SEM and adsorption kinetic simulation.The adsorption capacities of KLPAAM for Cu2+ increased with increasing initial concentrations of Cu2+ and then decreased,while the adsorption capacities of KLPAAM for Zn2+ increased with increasing initial concentrations of Zn2+ and then tended to reach an equilibrium value,and the relation fitted the Langmuir equation.The maximum adsorption capacities for Cu2+ and Zn2+ were 180 mg·g-1 and 169 mg·g-1 respectively.The pH values obviously affected the adsorption of KLPAAM for heavy metal ions.The adsorption capacities increased with increasing solutions pH values at 2.5pH5.5 but decreased at pH5.5.The adsorption kinetic equation of the relation between the adsorption capacities of KLPAAM for Cu2+ and Zn2+ and the adsorption time satisfied the pseudo-second order adsorption rate equation.
