摘  要:目的:建立测定脑力宝丸中远志皂苷元和远志酸含量的高效毛细管电泳法。方法:未涂层毛细管柱(75μm×57cm,有效长度50 cm);缓冲液20 mmol.L-1硼砂与20%甲醇;分离电压25 kV;检测波长210 nm。结果:远志皂苷元、远志酸的线性范围分别为13.25~212 mg.L-1(r=0.997 1),12.5~200 mg.L-1(r=0.997 7)。脑力宝丸中远志皂苷元、远志酸的平均回收率分别为100.5%,100.6%。结论:该法简便,准确、重复性好,可用于脑力宝丸的质量控制。Objective:To establish a determination method for senegenin and polygalacic acid in Naolibao pills by capillary electrophoresis.Method: The separation was carried out in an uncoated fused silica capillary(75 μm ×50 cm).The running voltage was 25 kV.The buffer was 20 mmol.L-1 Na2B4O7 containing 20% methanol.The wavelength was at 210 nm.Result: senegenin was linear in the range of 13.25-212 mg.L-1(r = 0.997 1) and polygalacic acid was linear in the range of 12.5-200 mg.L-1(r = 0.997 7).The average recoveries of senegenin and polygalacic acid in Naolibao pills were 100.5% and 100.6% respectively.Conclusion: This method is proved to be simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used as a new method for the quality control of Nailibao pills.
