急性上消化道出血的护理策略探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性上消化道出血的各种护理方法与策略。方法:回顾性分析总结我院182例急性上消化道出血的护理措施、疗效及预后。结果:182例患者中,1例突发2次大出血死亡,1例家属主动放弃抢救,3例应家属要求,转送上级医院,其它患者均抢救成功,临床康复出院。结论:严密观察病情,及时采取紧急措施,加强基础护理与对症护理,保证血容量,妥善使用三腔二囊管压迫止血等均是行之有效的护理方法与策略,可以提高疗效,缩短疗程,减少并发症。Objective：To research a variety of methods and strategies in the care of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods：182 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were analyzed on nursing,therapy and prognosis.Results：1 case was dead because of 2 times hemorrhage,1 case was dead because the family asked for give up the treatment,3 cases were transfered to the superior hospital according to families opinions,the other patients were successful rescued and leaved hospital.The careful nursing methods and strategies significantly improved the efficacy and prognosis.Conclusion：Observing closely,taking urgent measure in a timely manner,strengthening the basic nursing care and symptomatic care,Ensuring the blood volume,and the proper use of three-balloon catheter to stop bleeding are the effective methods and strategies to care,It could enhance the effectiveness and shorten the course of treatment and reduce complications.
